About Us

We are a not-for-profit charity whose mission is simple.

To make affordable housing more accessible to more people in need of a home of their own. Across Scotland, we provide vital accommodation and landlord services, helping to foster genuine local communities that don’t just improve where people live, but how they live too.

Our Mission, Vision and Values

Looked after and looking ahead to a brighter future

We want to make welcoming communities of more affordable homes, more accessible to more people. And we want to provide these people with landlord services that surpass their expectations. Making them feel reassured, supported and connected.

Our Mission

To provide quality, safe, affordable homes and services, in our communities and with our partners, throughout Scotland.

Our Vision

We want to change more than where people live. We want to change how they live too. Through:

  • Great homes
  • Great services
  • Great people
Our Values

Customer first – our customer comes first and we will always aim to achieve high quality outcomes for customers.

Excellence – we value excellence and quality and aim to achieve high standards in all we do. We always strive to be the best that we can be.

Accountability – we are accountable for our actions and we take responsibility and ownership for outcomes.

One team – we work as one team and build excellent working relationships to achieve our goals

Respect – we value high standards of fairness, treating everyone with consideration and dignity. We show this through our everyday words and actions.

Equality and diversity

We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity and diversity as a housing provider, as an employer, and in all other areas of our business.

We understand the need to recognise and value individual difference. This allows everyone to contribute their full potential, and acknowledges the importance of this, to the success of the organisation.

We believe that everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity, respect, and fairness regardless of their, age, gender, race, religious belief, sexual orientation, disability, marital or parental status, socio-economic background/social class, caring responsibilities, Trade Union activities or unrelated criminal offences. This list is not exhaustive.

In addition to meeting our statutory responsibility we will promote equality of opportunity in all our activities by reflecting best practice.
