Terms & Conditions

The Roles:

Remuneration:
Director of Resources £141,756
Director of Development and Investment  £130,715

Pension:
Currently under consultation
Other benefits can be viewed here

Holiday Entitlement:
36 days rising to 41 days after 5 years (including bank holidays)

Working Hours:
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based on the usual business working week. However, due to the seniority of this post there is a requirement for flexibility in meeting the full responsibilities of the post. Attendance at evening meetings may be required from time to time.

Location:
Your normal place of work for this role is Northallerton, with agile working permitted.

Key Dates and the Selection Process

All candidates will be informed of the outcome of their application by Wednesday 5th March 2025.

First Interviews for all roles:
Friday 14th March 2025 | Director of Resources
Monday 17th March 2025 | Director of Development and Investment
Longlist candidates will be interviewed virtually using MS Teams by a Campbell Tickell panel.

The shortlist will be agreed by Friday 24th March 2025

Final Interviews for both roles will be held face to face at at Broadacres Housing Association, Broadacres House, Mount View, Standard Way, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL6 2YD8T.
