Intro from the Chair
Thank you for your interest in the role of Group Chief Executive at
Albyn Housing Society.
Albyn is a successful, financially strong and values-driven organisation with a proud reputation for delivering high-quality homes and services across the Highlands. Serving nearly 4,000 homes in more than 80 communities, we play a vital role in supporting people, places and communities throughout the region.
As Chair, I am proud of the progress our organisation has made in recent years. We have strong foundations, a talented and committed team, and a clear sense of purpose. This appointment represents an exciting opportunity to build on that success, maintaining momentum while helping us continue to improve for the benefit of our customers and stakeholders.
We are seeking an inspiring and collaborative leader who shares our values, can bring people together around a common vision, and will act as a visible ambassador for Albyn across the Highlands and beyond. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board, our colleagues and our partners to ensure Albyn continues to thrive and deliver meaningful impact for the communities we serve.
This is a rare opportunity to lead an organisation that is already performing strongly and is well positioned for the future. If you are excited by the prospect of leading a respected organisation with a strong social purpose and ambitious aspirations, I encourage you to explore the opportunity further.
I look forward to receiving your application.
