Position:
<\/strong>Director of People & Insights<\/p>\n

Remuneration:
<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pay is set at \u00a396,407. All roles at Cairn start at 95%, therefore this role will commence at \u00a391,587 for a period of 6 months in the probation period.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

Pension:
<\/strong>Aviva Pension with a minimum 3% employee contribution.\u00a0 Cairn will double employee contributions up to 5%. There is no limit to employee contribution rates, the maximum employer contribution rate is 10%.<\/p>\n

Employees can choose to salary sacrifice their pension.<\/p>\n

Annual Leave\/Public Holidays:
<\/strong>29 days holiday rising to 31 after 5 years\u2019 services,
plus 10 days public holidays.<\/p>\n

Relocation:
