Pay is set at \u00a396,407. All roles at Cairn start at 95%, therefore this role will commence at \u00a391,587 for a period of 6 months in the probation period.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pension:
<\/strong>Aviva Pension with a minimum 3% employee contribution.\u00a0 Cairn will double employee contributions up to 5%. There is no limit to employee contribution rates, the maximum employer contribution rate is 10%.<\/p>\n

Employees can choose to salary sacrifice their pension.<\/p>\n

Annual Leave\/Public Holidays:

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete psychometric assessments and prepare a presentation, based on a pre-assigned topic, to be submitted ahead of the final interview.<\/p>\n
