Rydym yn berchen ar dros 4000 o gartrefi, yn darparu amryw o wasanaethau angenrheidiol i\u2019n cymunedoedd, ac yn cefnogi dros 300 o gydweithwyr ymroddgar i ddarparu rhagoriaeth ym mhob peth maent yn ei wneud.<br \/>\nFel y Rhiant gwmni, mae Barcud yn chwarae rhan allweddol mewn sicrhau ein llwyddiant parhaus. Drwy bartneriaeth gyda asiantiaethau lleol, rydym yn darparu cyngor ar fudd-daliadau, effeithiolrwydd egni ac addasiadau ymarferol i wella symudedd a lles. Bydd Cadeirydd newydd Gofal &amp; Thrwsio ym Mhowys yn chwarare r\u00f4l arweinyddol allweddol mewn hyrwyddo ein cenhadaeth a\u2019n gwerthoedd, yn gyrru rhagoriaeth llywodraethol ac yn sicrhau darpariaeth llwyddiannus o\u2019m amcanion strategol. Byddant yn gweithio\u2019n agos gyda aelodau presennol a newydd o\u2019r Bwrdd ac yn cyfrannu at fframwaith llywodraethu ac yn cefnogi trosolwg effeithiol o\u2019n amcanion strategol.<\/p>\n<p>Os rydych yn angerddol am gryfhau cymunedau a gwella bywydau, hoffwn eich annog I ystyried ymgeisio am un o\u2019r cyfleoedd gwerth chweil yma.
