We are proud to own and manage more than 4,000 homes, deliver a range of essential services to our communities, and support over 300 dedicated colleagues committed to excellence in everything they do.<\/p>\n
As the parent organisation, the Barcud Board plays a critical role in ensuring our continued success. Our new Board Member and Co-optee will help to guide the delivery of our strategic objectives, safeguard our assets, and uphold our financial viability in line with regulatory expectations.<\/p>\n

Through partnerships with local agencies, we provide advice on unclaimed benefits, energy efficiency, and practical adaptations that improve mobility and wellbeing. The new Chair of Care & Repair will play a key leadership role in championing our mission and values, driving governance excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of our strategic aims. They will work closely with existing and new board members who will contribute to the governance framework and support the effective oversight of our strategic objectives.<\/p>\n
