Position:<\/strong> Group Chief Executive<\/p>\n

Remuneration:<\/strong> c.\u00a3140K plus travel expenses<\/p>\n

Benefits: <\/strong>Car allowance is \u00a39,450<\/p>\n

Pension:<\/strong> Employer pension contributions - 11%<\/p>\n

Annual Leave\/Public Holidays: <\/strong>28 bookable days and 12 bank and public holidays including Christmas closure.<\/p>\n

Relocation:
<\/strong>A relocation package of up to \u00a38,000 (tax-free) is available. Please note that this benefit is subject to a clawback provision should the CEO leave the business within 24 months of commencement.<\/p>\n

Probation: <\/strong>The probation period for the role is 4 months.<\/p>\n

First Interviews: Friday 6th November 2026<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Longlist candidates will be interviewed virtually using MS Teams by a Campbell Tickell panel and will have the opportunity to have an informal conversation with a senior board member on the same day.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Shortlist:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The shortlist will be agreed on Friday 20th November 2026.<\/strong>
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete psychometric assessments, undertake a Stakeholder Listening exercise and will also have the opportunity to undertake a virtual board member engagement session w\/c 23rd November 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Final Interviews will be held in person on Tuesday 1st December 2026 <\/strong>in Inverness (location TBC).<\/p>\n

This will include a response to a presentation topic and panel interview. Panel members will be confirmed nearer the time.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
